Job Summary

To provide the ultimate listening experience to our customers, the Account Manager is responsible for managing customer inquiries, orders, issues, and returns. Account Managers grow current accounts by providing great service and support, as well as identify and research potential customers for sales opportunities.

Hourly, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Salary Range

$16.00-19.00/hour, depending on experience; potential for commissions

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails (Leads)
  • Log leads into CRM
  • Relationship building
  • Convert leads into new dealers/distributors
  • Grow and maintain existing dealers/distributors
  • Prospecting
  • Sales marketing
  • Inputting orders

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to expand company with new sales and clients 
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • Good communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic 12-volt knowledge preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or office environment preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills 
  •  Knowledge of Odoo is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards 
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards 
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
